Cancellation Policy
We respect your time. Please respect our time. When appointments are forgotten or cancelled close to the scheduled time, businesses lose the opportunity to fill that slot and other clients miss out. For the benefit and respect of all our clients and professionals, appointment-booking at Annodam Wellness Lifestyle Salon is subject to the following terms:
24 hours or more before appointment: You may cancel or modify your appointment with no charge.
Less than 24 hours before appointment: You may be charged equal to 50% of the scheduled service(s) plus applicable taxes.
No-Show or uncanceled at time of appointment: You may be charged full price of the scheduled service(s) plus applicable taxes.
Appointments booked within the 24-hour period are still subject to the cancellation policy. As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent by email 24 hours in advance and by mobile text message 22 hours in advance to the contact information given at time of booking. Failure to respond to those confirmation messages could result in your appointment slot being given to another client.
To ensure a full experience, please arrive at least ten minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals will be charged the full price of the scheduled service(s) even if time does not permit for their render.
